The Atlas of Me
A System for Mapping Your World of Care
Much advice promises transformation or relief, while demanding time and effort.
Apps track almost anything, but become more noise to manage.
The Atlas of Me is for anyone seeking to enhance life management, without additional ritual or noise.
This is a self-authored map of your supporting ecosystem, clarifying needs and bringing perspective to your care through life.
Grounded in systems management, informed by classical philosophy, and designed to evolve with you—The Atlas of Me complements any personal approach to managing life. It supports personal reflection, continuity, and orientation through an increasingly fragmented world.
Available in 7 × 10” paperback or hardcover on Amazon.
Also available in 6 × 9” paperback, hardcover and Digital Cloth™ Cover through book stores globally.
About The Author
Tony Stewart has spent more than three decades working in hospitality and food production, with over fifteen years’ experience as a certified Food Safety Supervisor. His professional life has regularly involved designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that ensure continuity across complex, high-pressure environments.
Through years of working with structured frameworks such as food safety and quality control plans, he became increasingly interested in how the same principles can be applied to everyday life — most particularly where fragmentation, cognitive overload, and loss of perspective undermine our care and wellbeing.
The Atlas of Me: A System for Mapping Your World of Care emerged from the intersection of professional practice, lived experience, and an interest in philosophy and systems thinking. It was designed as a physical tool to help restore connection, continuity, and perspective to life.
Tony lives in Australia with his small flock of parrots.
